Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

As a dedicated Accredited Mental Health Social Worker based in Sydney, I offer a unique perspective as a Thai migrant who has personally faced and navigated the challenges of adapting to life in this wonderful country. This experience has deeply informed my understanding of struggles, uncertainty, and mental health challenges.

I hold a master’s degree in Social Work and have a decade of hands-on experience working with government agencies and nonprofits, supporting victims of crimes such as domestic violence and sexual assault. I provide therapeutic and practical interventions to assist in recovery.

My specialised training—encompassing "The Body Keeps the Score: Trauma, Attachment, and Neuroscience," Expanding the Window of Tolerance, Applied Positive Psychology, Stages and skills in Suicide Prevention, and Resilience First Aid responder—equips me with the comprehensive tools necessary to support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, and trauma.

I strive to create a culturally safe and supportive environment where clients can share their stories. My aim is to facilitate meaningful discussions and provide psychoeducation to enhance mental health and well-being. Through tailored sessions that blend talk therapy, psychoeducation, evidence-based practices, and body awareness techniques, I help clients build resilience, cope with challenges, and lead more fulfilling lives.

Additionally, as a qualified yoga teacher specifically trained in Trauma-Sensitive and Yin Yoga, which allows me to incorporate body and mind awareness and relaxation strategies into my sessions.

I am truly passionate about supporting my Thai community and clients on their journey toward mental wellness, utilising my expertise to make a positive impact. I am particularly committed to cultivating an open-minded community that is well-educated about mental well-being.
